Apostle Mannie Wooten is a native of North Carolina. After high school Apostle Wooten enlisted in the United States Army and served as a Military Police Investigator (MPI) from 1972 until 1982. In 1983, Apostle Wooten received Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. Shortly after, he became one of the founding members of the Way of Life Ministries, Inc. in Orlando, FL. While there he served under the leadership of Dr. Christine S. Long, Founder/Overseer. In 2006, he began serving in full time ministry at Lighthouse of Deliverance Ministries International in Apopka, Florida under the leadership of Apostle Nathaniel Weathers, Jr. His responsibilities included Board of Director, Leadership Training, Bible Talk Teacher and Preacher of the Word of God. He became the Pastor of the same ministry in 2008.
God has blessed Apostle Wooten with a beautiful, anointed wife and five beautiful children. The two possess a strong passion for God, His people, and for one another.
Apostle Wooten has a heart for entrepreneurs in seeing them maximize their gifts for the Kingdom. By the grace of God he started his own air conditioning company in 1998 and continues to serve the Central Florida area. He has served many businesses on their Board of Directors and as an advisor. However, it is his esteemed pleasure to serve you, the people of God, in the Kingdom of God as your servant and Apostle.
In 2012, Righteous Foundation International Ministries was established to take the message of the gospel to the ends of the earth. RFIM focuses on a good foundation, leadership training and development, business organization, mentoring and economic development.
Apostle Wooten takes no credit for the love, humility, honor and strength that the Lord has bestowed upon him. He blesses the Lord for His goodness, His mercy and His grace. He can truly see how the hand of God has led him. The joys, the heartaches, the pain and the struggles were all for his gain and for God's glory!
